In order to better serve our clients, we've implemented a customer portal which is linked directly to our case management system. 

This allows any client with access to the portal to submit a support ticket, and be guaranteed a response quickly and efficiently. 

After logging in, you will see a list of all your past cases, open or closed, and any updates regarding them.
